- Variograma JiraChrono version
- Visible under Settings → About inside the app.
- Your Jira base URL
- Domain only, e.g.
https://yourcompany.atlassian.net. Do not include passwords, tokens or any credentials. - Description of the problem
- What happened, what you were trying to do, and what you expected to happen.
- Screenshot (optional)
- If the issue is visual or involves an error message, a screenshot is very helpful. Make sure no sensitive information is visible.
What NOT to send
- Passwords of any account
- OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens
- Atlassian API Tokens
- Any file containing credentials
